Isn't that funny. I'm used to them coding +TSGRRA as +TSRAGR. I even pronounce it "Tisrahgger." Do you think that's a regional variation or that they are anticipating more hail than rain?
I saw that too and thought it looked odd as well.
I remember a ground school instructor who pronounced it T-S Rager. The rage part always struck me as appropriate.
